Intercept alpha privacy notice.
Last updated May 27, 2026.
This Privacy Notice explains what KB1SLN Labs collected from alpha signup while signup was open, what it collects from feedback, and how we use that information while Intercept is being tested. The public alpha signup has ended; no new signup information is collected.
1. Information collected when access was requested
While signup was open, the alpha request form collected your email address, first name, last name, simulator version, Windows version, aircraft add-ons, and notes about what you fly or want to practice.
2. Information you may provide during testing
As an alpha tester, you may choose to provide feedback, defect reports, screenshots, simulator setup details, app logs, and related notes that help us understand how Intercept behaves in real use.
Optional attached evidence is available to authorized administrators for 30 days. It is then scheduled for asynchronous cleanup; cleanup timing can vary while the deletion completes.
3. How we use alpha information
KB1SLN Labs uses alpha information to process access requests, provide build access, contact testers about their access, understand compatibility, troubleshoot issues, improve Intercept, and plan future simulator training features.
4. Logs and diagnostics
We may ask testers to share logs or diagnostic details when investigating a defect. Please review anything you send and avoid including passwords, license keys, private account details, or unrelated personal information.
5. Payment information
The alpha request form does not collect payment card information. If Intercept later offers paid licensing or purchases, payment processing and related privacy terms will be handled separately.
6. Sharing and access
Alpha information is intended for KB1SLN Labs development, support, and operations. We do not plan to sell alpha signup or feedback information. We may use service providers that help host the site, store requests, operate email or feedback channels, or support development.
7. Retention
We keep alpha signup and feedback information for as long as it is useful for operating the alpha, improving Intercept, maintaining access history, or handling support and product planning. We may remove information that is no longer needed.
8. Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional notes or optional feedback files. If you want your alpha request or feedback removed, or if you have a question about how your information is used, email KB1SLN Labs at kb1sln@gmail.com. We will make a reasonable effort to respond within a few business days.
9. Updates
This notice may change as the alpha program and commercial platform mature. We will update this page when the policy changes.
